Coffee and Chat

Meeting up with other parents to talk was a popular suggestion in our Summer 2014 survey, so we started holding some Coffee and Chat meetings for parents and family carers in late 2014. The parents who came along seemed to find them useful so we have organised more occasionally in 2015 and 2016!

If you are interested in coming along, please contact us.

Shaping Worcestershire's Future

A refreshed corporate plan for Shaping Worcestershire's Future between 2017 and 2022 is now online (October 2016).

There are four key priorities, including Children and Families. Details of the Children and Families priority are on pages 6-7; this focuses on education, employment and safeguarding.

There will be a vote on the draft five year plan in November at a meeting of the County Council.

Help us and the environment

You can recycle your inkjet cartridges and mobile phones and help us raise some funds at the same time. Simply bring your old phones and cartridges to a Coffee and Chat meeting and we'll recycle them to raise money. Click on the link if you have two or more cartridges ready to send (NB: Epson and Kodak cartridges can't be sent through the post - but we are collecting them): http://bit.ly/2dxDVtw.

Thank you for helping us - we really appreciate it! Although we keep costs to a minimum we do need some funding to maintain our activities (eg: meetings and this website).

Every cartridge and phone helps!
